Rogy Verghese is the Founder and CEO of Insurance Warehouses Franchise, Inc., the franchisor behind Insurance Warehouses of America. He launched the original IWA agency in 1996 with one core belief: when agents have access to more carriers, clients receive better protection. Three decades later, that idea has grown into a federally trademarked brand and a scalable insurance platform now opening to qualified franchise partners across the country.

Before franchising, Rogy spent nearly thirty years personally building and operating the Warehouse model in Florida. He has worked through hard markets, regulatory shifts, and carrier contractions, and built deep relationships with leading personal, commercial, life, and specialty carriers along the way. The franchise system he is launching today is not a concept on paper. It is the same model he has run, refined, and scaled in the field since 1996.

Rogy is also the Founder of a broader family of companies under Warehouse Company Holdings, Inc., including Title Warehouses of America, Property Warehouses of America, Lending Warehouses of America, and Printing Warehouses of America. Operating five connected brands across insurance, title, real estate, lending, and marketing has given him direct experience with the multi unit systems, compliance discipline, and operational infrastructure that successful franchising demands.

Beyond his own businesses, Rogy has personally taught and trained agents, realtors, and first time homebuyers on real estate and mortgage practices, including Down Payment Assistance programs across Florida. That same training first philosophy now powers the IWA franchise onboarding program, a structured 40 hour virtual classroom built to launch new franchisees correctly and scale them intelligently.

Insurance Warehouses of America operates as a Trusted Choice independent agency and a member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, the Big "I". His mission with the IWA Franchise Program is straightforward: give serious producers a proven multi carrier platform with the systems, training, and brand strength to build long term agency equity, without the limits of captive contracts or single carrier structures.
